M3 Job Club The aim of the job club is to provide an environment for those in job transition or placed at risk of redundancy, the opportunity to network and support each other whilst gaining knowledge and advice on your journey back to work. Working with a number of partners and volunteers from business we offer our members a free 16-week programme to give people the tools, techniques and methods to do what they want to do. Aim4Work – Shaw Trust A free specialist employability programme for people with common mental health conditions* living in South, North and East London. Once referred onto the programme, you will meet with one of our highly trained Aim4Work employment specialists who will: get to know you, draw up an action plan on how to get you into work, introduce you to interested employers, provide you with in-work support and be there with you for every step of the way.

  • You can just turn up - after 10am is best. Come for a free coffee and a look around.

  • Together we will then develop a one to one approach to finding the job that's right for you.
