Support Workers
Rainbow Lodge, Ballymena
Praxis Care provides long term care or shared care for children with a severe learning disability where families are no longer able to provide it in the family home. The organisation also provides respite for families where children require high levels of care and it is important that carers have breaks to enable them to continue their role.
As an organisation we ensure that staff have the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to deliver the specialist care and support required and encourage active learning opportunities and career progression.

Relief Support Workers
Full Time- 32 hour Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)
£19,266-£20,888.40
Relief hours
£9.50-£10.30 per hour
*Salary based on 39 hours per week. Salary dependent on qualification/experience. Where the role requires sleep-ins a minimum additional payment of £45 per night applies.
