Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor working twilights, you will support and provide resolutions to our customers ensuring an excellent level of service is continuously provided.
Our energetic and vibrant contact centre presents you with a variety of queries and complaints, including betting, payments, verification, login and general account queries. With our customers contacting via Live Chat, telephone and email you will play a fundamental part in their experience.
Sports and betting knowledge is not essential as we have a dedicated and comprehensive training plan which starts from your first day. For the first 4 weeks successful applicants should be available to work any 5 days from 7 between the hours of 07:00 and 23:00 before joining the Twilights’ team where your training and development will continue to ensure you succeed in your bet365 career.
The twilight shift working week runs Monday through to Sunday and is followed with 7 days off. A typical twilight shift might start at 14:00 and finish at 01:30, however, we would require an element of flexibility during major sporting events. Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

•Experience in a customer facing role preferred but not essential.
Main Responsibilities:
•Providing a positive customer experience and first time resolution.
•Liaising with internal departments in order to resolve our customers’ queries.
•Responding to customer queries in a timely manner via Live Chat, telephone and email.
•Using internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query.
•Escalating queries where necessary.
•Investigating issues thoroughly.
•Promoting safer gambling.
