Southend Care Ltd is a dynamic and forward thinking Local Authority Trading Company wholly owned by Southend Borough Council. It has an £8million pound annual turnover, employs over 300 staff and supports over 1000 customers per year. Southend Care prides itself on working with some of the most vulnerable people in society including those with very complex and challenging needs. Customer satisfaction ratings currently stand at 96%. We will soon be the exclusive care operator of a new £13million pound care facility due to open in early 2021. This will be a flagship of excellence, delivering a range of specialist residential and day services.
