Who we are and what we do:
Our committed Care Workers at Accessible Care have been helping vulnerable adults achieve independent living in their own homes since 2011. Our office is situated in Maidstone, Kent but we provide our help throughout Faversham, Sheerness, Rochester, Strood, Higham, Rainham, Chatham, Sittingbourne, Newton, Hempstead, Twydall, Waldeslade, Wigmore, Parkwood, Maidstone, Tovil, Coxheath, Lews, Sheppway, Senacre, London Road and Tonbridge Road.
Our Care Workers go door to door providing personal care, building friendships and making a big difference to those who need it.

How you’ll contribute to the team:
❤ You are a kind, compassionate, caring, and honest individual
❤ You’re looking for the chance to support vulnerable members of the local community, providing a better quality of life
❤ Able to work alternate weekends
❤ Can work either 7am-2pm or 4pm-10pm: Monday- Friday– We are flexible, so if you cannot meet this, talk to us and we can discuss other opportunities with you.
❤ You will be required to work every other weekend.
❤ Willing to undertake Personal Care tasks including bathing and toileting.
❤ Comfortable and confident working as part of a team or lone working.
Please note: We welcome those who have had previous Care Assistant experience or those with no experience and looking to start a new career! We have recruited Chefs, Nurses, Teachers, Cleaners and more as they all had fantastic transferable skills to become amazing Care Assistants. Full support is provided from the beginning of your journey, ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.
