Established in 2008, Affluent Technology is a consultancy company specialising in Engineering Design and development in engineering to software application development and testing in IT, Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), design (CAD), electrical and electronics (connected CAR, EDS), embedded solutions, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM),powertrain technologies and Information Technology (IT) services.
We help our customers with bespoke solutions. With a strong team operating from our 6 offices in UK, Germany and India. We are proud to serve to our clients who are today’s leaders in Automotive, Aerospace and Information Technology. We have grown to be a trusted partner to our customers in our niche domains.
We provide in-house and off-shore capability and will work with you to find the most cost-effective way of meeting your deadline without compromising on quality.
We offer support from fully outsourced programme management, to ad-hoc engineering support and discrete work packages.

We offer three methods of working; the one you choose depends on which works best for your own business circumstances, the specifics and timeframe of your project.
We provide in-house and off-shore capability and will work with you to find the most cost-effective way of meeting your deadline without compromising on quality.
1. On site
We depute engineers to work on the projects at your premises. They become part of your engineering team and work with our support. It is our responsibility to select exactly the right engineer for the project, and once they are deployed, they take the responsibility of project and day-to-day tasks.
This model allows you to have constant access to the deployed engineers and keeps the project data well with in your infrastructure ensuring at most data security, confidentiality and provides high command on project control.
2. Off site
In this model, we take your project and work on it at our development site in Coventry, UK. We take full responsibility for project deliverables and work together with you at the outset to understand the project scope, including:

We’ll then draft a proposal that includes all the project aspects and, once agreed, we’ll work to deliver the agreed outcomes within your deadline and agreed budget.
3. Offshore
This model is similar to the off site model, except that the project work is outsourced to one of our design centres in India. You get the same expertise and quality as you would in the UK but with added benefit of lower cost. Unlike typical offshore companies, the unique nature of this model is that the UK team takes full ownership and responsibility of project delivery.
