The type of jobs we recruit for?

- Hatchery Operatives, Dispatch - In this role you'll ensure customer orders are met as per specification whilst maintaining a high standard of quality, hygiene, health and safety and animal welfare. Grading, counting and vaccination of day old chicks.

- Hatchery Operatives, Incubation - Ensuring customer orders are met as per specification whilst maintaining a high standard of quality, hygiene, animal welfare and H&S. Removal of day old chicks from hatchers and grading them prior to vaccination and counting.

- Hatchery Operatives, Transfer Team - Ensuring customer orders are met as per specification whilst maintaining a high standard of quality, hygiene, animal welfare and H&S. Transfer of hatching eggs from setters to hatchers in line with SOP’s and undertaking in-ovo vaccination when required.

- Hatchery Operatives, Shift - Overseeing the operation of the setters and hatchers ensuring that machines are working correctly. Loading and unloading of eggs.

- Team Leaders – Leading a team in dispatch. Ensure that processes are carried out to standards as per SOP’s and customer requirements whilst maintaining a high standard of quality, hygiene, animal welfare and H&S

- Supervisors – Overseeing processes within dispatch or incubation. Managing people and the process to ensure that customer orders are met as per requirements and to company standards.
