About Us

At Britbet we are responsible for selling Tote branded bets on UK and Irish races, across our 55 racecourses. We work at 1,400 meetings each year, selling more than 6 million bets including internationally renowned meetings like Cheltenham Festival, the Aintree Grand National, Epsom Derby and Glorious Goodwood.

What it’s like to work for us?

The live-days at the Racecourses are interesting and enjoyable. Customers and staff members alike are happy to be at the event, making the working environment fun and friendly. Shift patterns are based on racing fixtures, meaning team members will always know what work is available. As this is casual work, staff members will not need to commit to all race-days.

The area manager will offer the work available in the region and beyond. Using our Rota Ready App, staff members will simply accept or decline the shifts offered.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

The role we are currently and most often recruiting for is that of a Customer Service Assistant. This role is customer facing which requires good people skills and cash handling ability. It involves team members operating a computerised till, where they will place the bets on behalf of their customer and pay out any winning tickets.
