About Us
Castleman Academy Trust was created in September 2014, the Trust’s sole purpose is to “advance education for public benefit”. That means we are a charity that strives to provide high quality education to children and young people.
Being part of the Castleman Academy Trust is exciting! Adults and youngsters alike are encouraged, supported and inspired to be the best they can be and contribute to their school and the wider community.
The Castleman Learning Network supports local schools and teachers by offering a range of professional development opportunities. A key part of what we offer is the opportunity to train as a primary teacher via our full-time and part-time courses.
What it’s like to work for us?
We are a fully supportive trust offering continual CPD opportunities. Our trust provides opportunities for all employees to network and work alongside colleagues across our schools to allow supports continual growth and knowledge building.
As part of the our teacher training we recognise that everyone has a different journey to become a teacher and we are committed to providing individual support as part of this journey.
The type of jobs we recruit for?
Teachers and Support Staff which includes a varied range of roles such as Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors, Site Staff, Administrative Staff and SEND support specialists. We also recruit trainees as part of our Teacher Training programme.
