At our site in Leeds we look after a busy transportation client. Our call centre takes incoming calls, webchat and correspondence from our clients customers. We also have an admin team who reviews images from ANPR cameras.
Conduent has over 68,000 employees, however, out site in Leeds is new and we have had the luxury of building the team from the start. There will be around 240 employees working at the site in Leeds which will cover the call centre, but also all the required support functions from IT to Business Analysts, HR and the Management Team.
