About Us
Generation UK & Ireland is a charity, we offer free intensive career-launching bootcamps in a variety of sectors. Our courses give you confidence, technical on-the-job skills as well as mindset skills. Once you complete a Generation bootcamp we connect you to hiring employers for interviews.
What it’s like to work for us?
All of our programmes include 1:1 mentoring and career support on programme and for 6 months after. There is financial support for childcare* and tech such as laptops and Wi-Fi where it is needed.

The type of jobs we recruit for?
Generation UK’s subject areas cover tech, customer support and the green sector. Our students go on to get hired at big brands across the UK. 80% of Generation students get hired in 3 months.
