Habitat First Group own three luxury Estates based in the Cotswolds, Dorset and North Devon, creating an oasis of space where families can holiday comfortably, while exploring the great outdoors. Our operating departments are a hub of activity who all work closely together to create a 5* luxury service for our guests and property owners alike.
Ecology is always at the forefront of what we do – taking care of the wildlife and environment around us, simultaneously enjoying our beautiful lakes and nature reserve with our Activity Hub at hand to lead us in the right direction.

Housekeeping - Housekeeping Assistants, Housekeeping Team Leaders and Housekeeping Supervisors.
Activity Hub – Outdoor Activity Assistants, Outdoor Activity coordinators and Water Sports Instructors.
Habitat Escapes - Booking Agents, Customer Service Assistants and Account Executives.
Finance and HR – Apprentice HR Administrators, Apprentice Finance and Payroll Assistants.
