Housing Plus Group is a leading provider of quality, affordable homes and care services that customers can trust. The Group includes Homes Plus, Care Plus, Property Plus, Severn Homes and County Town Homes.
With a mission to make a positive difference to homes, lives and communities, Housing Plus Group owns more than 19,000 homes and employs approximately 1,000 people in Staffordshire and Shropshire. The growing Group is addressing the housing crisis by pledging to begin building 2,000 new homes for rent, shared ownership and outright sale by 2023. It has committed to delivering one-third more hours of care and support for older people in their own homes and to creating apprenticeship opportunities for 100 people in the Group and its supply chain within five years.

Earlier this year, Housing Plus Group announced a £70 million finance deal which will allow us to do even more to change lives, provide homes and support local communities.
We can do this because we are a top-rated organisation with the highest grading for financial stability (V1) and governance (G1) from the regulator of social housing.
It’s an exciting time to be part of Housing Plus Group, as we push forward to keep our pledge to start building 2000 new homes by 2023.
We’re already making such great progress that we were named one of the Top 50 Biggest Builders in the country in a report published by Inside Housing magazine in 2020.
In 2019/20 we invested £30m in development projects, providing almost 300 NEW homes.
But that’s just the start.
With more than 900 colleagues we’re already one of the area’s leading employers and right now, we’re growing. We aim to create 100 apprenticeships in our own Group and our supply chain within five years, providing real job opportunities and fantastic career development.
Our expanded Group now owns 19,000 homes, with huge investment in housing maintenance and improvement projects delivered by in-house teams in Staffordshire and Shropshire.
And as one of the largest not-for-profit care providers in the area, we’re creating even more opportunities for rewarding careers helping people live their best lives.
