About Us

Who are HSS? The short answer? We are a leading provider of tools, equipment, and support services to a huge range of industries across the UK and Ireland, all powered by the latest technology. We can supply over 9,000 bits of equipment, from industrial generators and cranes, right down to carpet cleaners and floor sanders, and everything in between. And it does not stop there. We supply everything our customers need to get the most out of the equipment they hire from us, so whether that’s fuel, training courses for their colleagues, consumables like sandpaper, whatever they need to get the job done, we can provide it.

SALES
Whether it’s connecting with customers in our branches, out in the field, via our contact centres or through our industry-leading digital channels, we’re all about having a big impact. And that’s why when it comes to our sales team, we need people who don’t shy away from a challenge, and love going the extra mile. We have roles for Sales Consultants, Branch Managers, Cluster and Area Managers, Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development and more!

OPERATIONS / ENGINEERING / DRIVERS
Our operations and engineering colleagues are all about meeting the needs of our customers, whether they’re maintaining our locations , dropping off deliveries, or working to keep everything running smoothly. We have roles in Stock, Transport, Logistics, Quality, Fitters and Service technicians, Parts and Drivers including; Class 2, 3.5T, 7.5T HIAB and Vans.

HEAD OFFICE
At Think Park in Manchester, the teams in our new Head Office work behind the scenes to make it all happen for our customers. These are the HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing, Learning, Development and Training, and Property people, among others, without whom we couldn’t do what we do.
