About Us
Milestone Infrastructure is a part of M Group Services, delivering a range of essential infrastructure services to the water, energy (retail and infrastructure) transport and telecom sectors across the UK and Ireland. Milestone Infrastructure sits within M Group Services Transport Division, positioned to support transport clients across the UK, supporting the safe movement of people via rail, aviation and highways.
We have a partnership through to 2029 with Hampshire County to deliver highway maintenance and improvement works. Our Hampshire head office is in Winchester, and we have four major highways depots in the following locations: Bishops Waltham, Hook, Petersfield and Totton.
The contract maintains over 5,300 miles of carriageway, 3,800 miles of footways and 1,800 structures.
It includes:
Planned and reactive maintenance
Improvement works
Winter maintenance
Emergency response

The type of jobs we recruit for?
We regularly recruit for Operational roles, including in management and Highways Operatives. In Hampshire, these are typically based out of our four major depots, found in Bishops Waltham, Hook, Petersfield and Totton.
Our Hampshire head office is in Winchester, we have commercial, enabling functions and finance teams operating out of there. Typical roles available at this location: Accountants and Technical Administrators.
