Phoenix is a small, friendly, independent fostering agency based in the West Midlands.
We provide family placements with individual support packages and therapeutic services for children and young people.
What it’s like to work for us?
Phoenix fostering feels like an extension of your own family, we provide training and you will feel supported and looked after 24/7 by our friendly experienced team of professionals.
Anyone can foster, but please note we have a few requirements, you will need, a sense of humor and a loving family home, a spare room and to be able to drive.
Foster parents receive tax free competitive allowances whilst working flexibly from home caring for their families.
The type of jobs we recruit for?
Full-time Foster Parents, Supervising Social Workers, Family Support Workers, Independent Assessing Social Workers, and Panel Members.
