About Us

South Bank Innovation has helped 3,000+ businesses access almost £30m. This has been used for innovation, growth, and building partnerships. To ensure London has the skills to sustain this, we have established SBI Training. With funded learning programmes, such as Aspire London, we have something to meet the developmental needs of any workforce. We’re helping employers upskill staff, increase job satisfaction, and introduce opportunities to Londoners climbing the career ladder.

What it’s like to work for us?

We offer participants the opportunity to upskill in the pursuit of better paid and more fulfilling employment. You will work with one of our advisors to find the right course for you and discuss your employability or business plans going forward. Most of our course programmes are flexible and can be completed in your own time and at your own pace. Our individual centred learning programmes are fully funded, and our employer programmes are part funded. You will have regular contact and support from a learning or employability mentor with an aim to support you to complete the programme and follow up on any improvement in your employment position. Whether you are:

• Not currently in education or employment and want support into creative employment.
• Currently employed but want to earn more than £11.05 per hour.
• Employed or self-employed and looking to upskill and boost my earning potential.
• Have a registered business or charity in South London and want support building a profile.
• An employer and want to boost your teams’ wellbeing and opportunities for success.

We may have a programme to support you through lifelong learning.
