Serco manages critical custodial, justice and immigration services on behalf of governments in the UK and Australia. From prison management, rehabilitation services, housing, border control, surveillance, command and control as well as services in between, we work in partnership with agencies, specialists and voluntary organisations to deliver successful and efficient ways of delivering service to the benefit of all. Our public sector ethos is to pursue a compassionate, rehabilitative approach in an effort to reduce the demand on the custodial system and to successfully integrate those in our care back into the community.
