At SFTA Hypnotherapy Training, we're renowned for offering accredited Hypnotherapy Training in the UK. Our program is designed for individuals aspiring to become proficient Solution Focused Hypnotherapists. Our mission is to empower practitioners with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for a thriving career in clinical private practice.
Our accredited course spans six months and consists of eight weekend modules. This format provides a well-rounded education in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
We have training schools conveniently located throughout the UK. For those seeking a more flexible training schedule, we also offer a Distance Learning Course. No previous academic qualifications are required to attend the course.
Our curriculum is designed and up to date, covering Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, elements of Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT, Solution Focused Walking Therapy, Mindful Hypnosis, brain research and Defusion ACT.
Our emphasis is on practical training. From the very first module, our students begin practising hypnosis skills. Our interactive teaching approach, led by experienced lecturers, involves explanations, illustrations, and live demonstrations.
We lead in hypnotherapy education by integrating advanced brain monitoring equipment during trance sessions. This technology provides students with a unique advantage. Once our graduates have been awarded their qualifications (SFHD and HPD) they have the flexibility to set up your own private practice, either full time or part time. Our graduates are well-equipped to assist individuals in overcoming a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, confidence issues, sleep problems, weight loss, performance enhancement, phobias, and addictions.
