The School of Army Aeronautical Engineering (SAAE) trainers are a ‘whole-force’ mix of Military and Civil Service personnel, who play a key role in delivering world-class technical training to a broad audience of soldiers across a varied aviation maintenance curriculum to ensure the army’s continuing airworthiness.
What it’s like to work for us?
You will be involved in developing Army Aviation Maintenance Apprentices by delivering training programmes that will boost soldiers workplace performance and confidence. You will be responsible for completing training needs assessments, as well as creating and delivering a theoretical and practical curriculum in an exciting and well supported training environment.
The type of jobs we recruit for?
The school is looking for Specialist Instructional Officer posts, ideally with >5 years aviation experience, however training courses are available for those non qualified.
