About Us
TICA is the sole Trade Association representing the Thermal Insulation Industry, we are the sole provider of our Industry Level 2 and Level 3 Apprenticeship Standards. TICA are also a Trade Association representing the Thermal Insulation Industry and work closely with members to support and drive forward the industry.
Any Thermal Insulator in the UK would need a ‘TICA’ card to work on site, this is the equivalent card scheme to the CSCS scheme specifically for Thermal Insulators. TICA are running recruitment days for female applicants in the East Midlands in August –no prior experience or qualifications are necessary.
What it’s like to work for us?
insulator you will be taught how to measure, cut and join specialist insulation materials and apply them to surfaces across a variety of pipework services. It is a very well paid industry with salaries of £30K upwards once qualified.
