Saffron is a housing association managing over 6,000 homes in Norfolk, Suffolk and across East Anglia. The type of jobs we recruit for?


We recruit for different roles across the organisation which includes, trades positions (Carpenters, Plumbers, Painters, Electricians, Heating Engineers and Grounds Maintenance Craftworkers), Neighbourhood Officers, Income Officers, Lettings Officers/Assistants, Janitors, Surveyors and Contact Centre Advisors. We also have roles within Housing (General, Supported & Specialist), Finance, IT, HR, Health & Safety, Governance, Communications and Business Transformation.

Saffron is proud to employ apprentices throughout the organisation, and since 2004 has supported 47 apprentices through their training, with more excellent apprenticeship opportunities in the pipeline for 2020/2021.
