Candidates who attend our events are within a 15-mile radius of the event location and targeted 10-14 days prior to ensure they are actively looking for employment at the time of our Job Fairs.
As part of our paid marketing campaigns, we actively communicate to our candidates to come prepared with CVs and dress to impress. We also promote your vacancy information to our candidates to deliver relevant applicants to your stand at the Jobs Fair.
