Yes. The booking form is essential as it provides us with the information we use to promote your organisation before the event. The sooner you complete it, the sooner we can start attracting relevant candidates to your stand.

No. Our events are currently multi sector Job Fairs, welcoming employers from all industries. We are considering specialist events in the future, so let us know if you are interested.

Attendance varies by location. Jessica will be happy to provide expected visitor numbers for any event you’re interested in.
We invest heavily in promoting every event using a proven multi-channel marketing strategy developed since 2010. It is a secret formula, like the fried chicken recipe to KFC, that has helped us attract hundreds of local candidates to every event.
We promote your organisation and vacancies before every event using the information you provide on your booking form. The more detail you provide, the better we can target suitable candidates.

Arrival times, deliveries, parking and the practical bits ahead of the day.
Exhibitors can arrive from 9am to set up. Events open to candidates at 10am.
Need earlier access? Please contact Jessica and we’ll do our best to help.
Yes, but arrangements must be made directly with the venue. We can provide contact details if required. Please note that any items left at the venue are at your own risk.
Parking information is sent approximately one week before your event as part of your exhibitor information pack. If you need details sooner, simply contact Jessica.
Yes. Wi-Fi details will be provided on the day where available.
Yes. Please request electricity when booking so we can arrange this with the venue.
Absolutely. If you’re bringing a TV or other electrical equipment, please make sure you’ve requested electricity in advance.
This depends on the venue. Please contact Jessica before the event and we’ll check for you.

Each stand is approximately 6ft wide. If you’re bringing a display wider than this, please let Jessica know in advance.
You’re welcome to bring:
Please note, you don’t need expensive display equipment or branded merchandise to have a successful Job Fair. Many exhibitors in the past have simply brought 2 or 3 proactive team members, details of their opportunities and plenty of enthusiasm, and go on to have a fantastic day speaking with candidates.
If your display exceeds 6ft wide, please let us know beforehand.
There is no limit, although most exhibitors typically bring between 2 and 3 team members.
No. Simply include your careers/jobs page link on the booking form and we’ll produce your A4 vacancy posters for our Job Boards.
We don’t allocate stand numbers. Our Event Team will greet you on arrival and show you to your allocated stand.
What to do when you arrive and how the event runs.
Please check in with a member of The Bridge Event Team when you arrive. We’ll show you to your allocated stand and answer any questions before the event begins.
We ask all exhibitors to remain until the advertised closing time unless there’s an emergency. Candidates continue arriving throughout the event, and leaving early can result in missed recruitment opportunities and a poorer experience for attendees.
No. Only registered exhibitors may promote their organisation or speak to candidates for recruitment or business development purposes. Anyone found promoting their services without exhibiting may be asked to leave.
