We sell innovative and stylish telephony products that provide businesses with essential phone features and software to enhance speed and usability.

What it’s like to work for us?


As 4Com continues to grow we are constantly looking for ambitious people to join our ever-expanding 4Com family.

So, if you love the thrill of Sales, are passionate about Customer Service, a whiz in Accounts, or just looking to start a new career, 4Com could be the place for you.

Technology underpins everything we do at 4Com. We recruit for a variety of Developers and technical staff, with some teams having the option of home or hybrid working, whilst others are based at our Bournemouth Head Office.


Our Charity Work

Charity work is a central theme to everything we do here at 4Com. Our monthly targets, whilst generating staff rewards, also directly impact the amount we give to charity each month.

On top of this we do at least one major charity event each year, such as our Isle of Wight Challenge, which raised over £40,000 for Ashley’s Birthday Bank. We’ve even set up our own 4Com Foundation, which is run by 4Com employees.
