What it’s like to work for us?

Food - The warm, friendly face of Co-op across the UK. Our store managers, team leaders and customer team members are people that love the fast pace and team-focused nature of serving our communities every day. Location: Nationwide

Funeralcare - Across the UK, we’re there for our customers at life’s most difficult time. No experience is necessary, but our funeral directors, service crew and arrangers need to show great empathy and compassion. Although it can be emotionally challenging, it’s a responsibility that is both fulfilling and something to be truly proud of. Location: Nationwide

Member Pioneers - Member Pioneers bring people in the community together to increase co-operation and make amazing things happen. Member Pioneers are our local connectors on the ground. Location: Nationwide

Logistics - From our fast-paced depots, we bring our products to the people that love them. Our warehouse operatives, drivers and all kinds of managers can enjoy flexible shift
patterns and a strong focus on safety and wellbeing, with professionalism and commitment regularly rewarded. Locations: Andover, Avonmouth, Biggleswade, Birtley, Cardinal, Carrickfergus, Castlewood, Coventry, Dalcross, Lea Green, Newhouse, Plymouth and Thurrock
