Terms & conditions
- Sweet 16 offer applies to new bookings only made between 10/08/26 – 26/08/26, subject to availability, and cannot be used on existing bookings. The offer applies to any events remaining in 2026 only.
- The promotion is limited to the first 100 stand bookings. The promotion will end on 26 August 2026 or once 100 stands have been booked under the promotion, whichever occurs first.
- There is no maximum on how many stands one company can book under this promotion.
- Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
- Full payment of the invoice is due within 7 days or before the first event, whichever comes first.
- This promotion is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
- If you’re unable to attend your booked date, at least two weeks’ notice is required to transfer your booking to an alternative date in 2026 only.
- Cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion at our discretion.
