Ready to book a stand or ask further questions

Please outline which location(s) you wish to exhibit at and your chosen stand package. Alternatively, if you’re not ready to book and have any further questions, please ask Jessica.

Confirmation of stand booking

Once Jessica has all your requirements, and answered all your questions, she will summarise your booking and provide a total cost to exhibit via email.

Complete the booking form

Upon booking, Jessica will send you a booking form link - This is very important to complete as it allows us to better promote your brand and attract relevant applicants.

Pay for your stand booking

Jessica will send you an invoice for your stand booking from Xero. You can pay via one of our payment methods - Bank Transfer, Cheque, Stripe (credit/debit card), or PayPal.

Receive your Setting Up Information

You will receive full setting up details via email a week before your event. This will include key information such as venue address, parking arrangements, set up times, points of contact etc.

Share with your team attending the Jobs Fair

Forward your Set Up Guide to the staff that will be manning your stand at the event.

Attend the Jobs Fair

Arrive at the Jobs Fair and meet our Event Team. They will show you to your stand and support you throughout the event.
