About Us

Gofal Cymru Care Ltd specialises in providing residential care services for individuals with a wide range of complex needs, including learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder and mental health issues.

We seek to create a safe, welcoming, ‘home from home’ environment and provide the highest level of care and support for individuals at our homes.

We promote community participation and social inclusion and support individuals as far as possible to make their own choices, achieve their goals.

What it’s like to work for us?

This is support work but probably not as most people perceive it. Our staff really make a difference to people’s lives, helping them to achieve greater independence and meet their personal goals. Their measure of success is seen in the smiles on their faces and the healthy, happy lives they lead.

We value our staff and provide training and support throughout as well as benefits such as a BUPA healthcare insurance scheme.

Our care homes are small - maximum of 6 bedrooms - and provide a homely atmosphere within popular residential areas.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

Most of the positions we seek to fill are for care / support workers within our homes, and management vacancies as they arise. We occasionally have some office based vacancies within our corporate team.
