Our work is hands-on, practical, and outdoors – ideal for people who like variety, physical work, and being part of something meaningful.We operate on a two-week-on, one-week-off rotation, giving our teams structured time away while offering the chance to travel and see new places. Our 8-month working season is full-time and fast-paced, but it's balanced with four months off in winter – giving you a genuine break or the opportunity to pick up extra work if you want it.

The type of jobs we recruit for?
Everblue Solar is hiring for the following site-based roles across the UK and Ireland:1. Site Operatives
Entry-level roles suited to individuals who enjoy outdoor, practical work. Operatives assist with the cleaning of solar panels using specialist equipment and support other operations on solar farms.
2. Site Supervisors
Team leaders responsible for managing crews on-site, ensuring safe and efficient delivery of work. This role suits individuals with experience in fieldwork and an aptitude for leadership.
3. Senior Site Supervisors
Experienced professionals who oversee teams to ensure high standards across sites.
All roles involve:
Working away from home (UK & Ireland) on a two-week-on, one-week-off rotation
An 8-month working season with a 2,000-hour contract and annualised pay
Permanent employment with four months off in winter
Travel, training, and long-term progression opportunities in the growing solar industry
