About Us

Heartwood Care Group have been established for more than a decade, supporting children and young people in the community, delivering an individual and flexible service for those with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties who are emotionally vulnerable and sometimes challenging. We support them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential as they move-on from children’s services to adult life.
