Bailey Care Services aspires to be a front runner in the provision of high quality, high value residential and nursing sector and provide support to the most vulnerable of people in our society.

We will achieve this vision by recruiting truly committed carers and by investing in the personal development of our workforce. Through strong leadership we ensure that our carers provide safe, effective and caring support to our clients and that above all we deliver person centred solutions that respond to our clients’ needs. In addition we will ensure that our internal quality systems remain fit for purpose and when required take immediate action to remedy any areas identified as requiring improvement.

We are based in Worthing and are a friendly welcoming team. We currently have 6 branches all together.
