The type of jobs we recruit for?

We help clients within the specialist financial services, utilities and telecommunications sectors resolve the remediation challenges that they have to create the best possible outcomes for their customers. This means we primarily manage complaints and complex case handling on behalf of our clients – processing, servicing and advising on complaints and compensation claims.
