About Us

Family First Nurseries are a family of day nurseries currently based in London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Kent.

Established in 2019, we are UK’s fastest growing childcare provider and it is our ambition to grow further by acquiring well-run local nurseries that provide outstanding quality childcare and we strive to provide a happy working environment for all our team.

Led by Chairman Andy Morris, who has more than 25 years’ experience running national nursery groups, our focus is on the development, wellbeing and safety of our children and staff.

Our ethos is all about putting the family first, whether it be parents, grandparents, carers, friends, employees, or colleagues as well as the children we care for. It is all about looking after families, whatever they are going through in life, ensuring they always come first.

We do this by empowering our managers and giving them a sense of ownership of everything that is happening within their own nursery. We support the whole team with the resources, training and information they need to create an outstanding and supportive nursery environment.
