About Us
The Foster Care Co-operative (FCC) are seeking new foster carers to make a difference to children’s lives.FCC are a not-for-profit organisation, and are currently the only fostering agency operating as a co-operative in the UK.
As a co-operative, all members are given a ‘voice’ within the organisation, via foster carer forums and consultations with the children that they provide care for. FCC carefully match children to foster carers – and as a result, their placement ‘stability’ rate is over six times higher than the national average.
You don’t need any experience, as full training will be provided – but they encourage applications from those with a caring and nurturing disposition.
