About Us
At Frontier Support we resolve people problems by providing imaginative, specialist care and support to people with a variety of needs including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Aspergers, Epilepsy, Mental & Physical Health issues and Challenging Behaviour. We do this in their homes and we’ve been working in this way across London and the South East since 2006.We love what we do and our aim is to help the people we support to live active and socially inclusive lives incorporating supported employment, life skills such as managing their own money, cooking and doing their food shopping and a range of leisure activities from sewing to sky diving.
We are experts in care and support for vulnerable adults. We are registered with and regulated by the Care and Quality Commission (CQC) and were last inspected in 2018 when we were rated as Good.
What it’s like to work for us?
Frontier Support is a growing organisation. It’s great if you have experience in the care industry but it’s not a requirement – the most important thing for us is to employ people with the right values who will see the people we support as individuals and who can be part of our approach to put them in the driving seat of their own lives.
We believe in investing in our staff and actively support team members through a range of qualifications and training from achieving the new Care Certificate to specialist behaviour and management qualifications. All Frontier Support staff, regardless of contract hours, have the same opportunity to gain industry standard vocational and professional qualifications.
