G&J Staffing is a family run recruitment agency providing temporary and permanent placement throughout East Yorkshire and the South East since 2018.The Transport sector is what we specialize in and by concentrating on that field alone, we feel we can provide the best service tailored to our client’s and candidates individual needs.
The founders of G&J Staffing both started in the transport industry as drivers and have worked their way up to more managerial roles before venturing into the world of recruitment. The founders both felt that haulage firms in the area were being exploited and mistreated by other recruitment agencies. This exploitation has affected the revenue of haulage firms which in turn has heavily impacted the drivers. We started G&J Staffing because we believe we can help develop and reconstruct the partnership between employers and temporary workers. We strive in rewarding drivers with the highest possible pay rate that matches their professional skill set, whilst charging the temporary employer a fairer rate.
Since the formation in 2018, G&J Staffing has grown from strength to strength. Our client base has grown substantially and our professional driver register has reached unprecedented volumes. In 2020 we expanded and opened our second office in the heart of Southend-On-Sea in Essex.
We believe that we have reached this level of success in such a short time because we understand that each individual company has its own set of requirements and needs. We regularly visit our clients to give us a better understanding of their business, needs and requirements to be able to supply the best candidates for the role.
