About Us

Hart L and D are a subsidiary of North Hertfordshire College based in Stevenage.

The kickstart Programme is a FREE employability programmes designed to get the Unemployed back into work the programme is full time over 4 weeks and covers the following subjects:

1. Level 1 city and guilds in business Admin
2. Level 1 City and Guilds in Customer service
3. Level 1 City and Guilds in Personal and social care
4. Level 1 city and guilds in IT

What it’s like to work for us?

The course has places for 15 learners and in order to qualify for this FREE course you have to be 19+ Unemployed and in receipt of benefits. We have over 70% success rate in getting people into employment. The course also covers.

4. Job searching
