"The Jobs Fair at the Beacon was very beneficial for us. We have been to a few different Job Fairs in the area which were in shopping malls etc. but we weren't getting people genuinely looking for work. Today, however, this was the opposite. A lot of young professionals coming through and also experienced manufacturing operatives which is what we look for. Interviews have been organised from today, which hasn't previously happened before."
