About Us

Adventure Travel (Previously known as NAT Group Ltd) was established in 2008 and provides high-quality coach hire and land transport solutions. We are proud to be one of South Wales’ leading transport providers with over 250 vehicles and counting. With depots across South Wales such as Cardiff, Taff's Well, and Swansea, we cover a large area with bus service routes, getting customers from A to B.

With the main office in Cardiff Docks, we operate the popular 'cross city' network providing Cardiff with routes that operate from one side of the city to the other.

We also have a fleet of high-quality coaches on a mixture of local contracts, rail replacement & UK private hire.

The business has been built on a reputation for excellent customer service and reliability and we are very proud of the standards we offer our customers. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, we are continuing to expand our business and need customer-focused individuals to join our team and help us achieve our goal of being the operator of choice in South Wales.

What it’s like to work for us?

We have three bus depots, Cardiff, Taff's Well, and Swansea, that we run a variety of services from, working in the transport industry is a busy and rewarding career. With its fair share of funny stories.

The majority of our colleague’s work shifts and this can include weekends and evenings. We work with the public every day and this has its advantages and its challenges. Working together is crucial when you work in the transport sector.

The type of jobs we recruit for?

We recruit for a variety of different roles at Adventure Travel. With nearly 300 colleagues across our three depots, there is a role suitable for everyone.

Over 70% of our colleagues are bus drivers and they are a key part of our business who make up the majority of our workforce. But those aren't the only roles we recruit for, we often have positions available for coach drivers, cleaners, supervisors, or office colleagues.

Our 250 vehicles are maintained 'in house' and we have a team of engineers, store people, administrators, and engineering managers that ensure our diverse fleet is well maintained and in great condition.

There is a range of different roles from cleaning our buses to working in the accounts team and so many more. All roles play a key part in keeping our wheels turning.
