About Us

Allcare Community Support was founded in 2014 by Stacey Smith. The company started providing day services one day a week and quickly grew to offering a 24/7 service including respite, day service and residential across our premises in Salhouse , Cromer and Mundesley. We pride ourselves with having our own training company delivering exceptional training to all of our staff. ACS specialises in Supporting Adults with Autism and behaviours of concern.

At Allcare Community Support our Vision is , to achieve a real positive outcome for the people we support. We provide tailor made packages to meet the individual needs.

What it’s like to work for us?

We are a growing team , who pride ourselves on team work. All Staff are mentored and have consistent training to a high standard to ensure knowledge is kept up to date. All Staff have regular supervision and appraisals to ensuring staff's happy working environment.
