About Us
One to One Support Services are specialists in delivering high quality support. We specialise in, older persons services, disability/special needs, children and family services and multi-sensory impairments. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent domiciliary services and our reputation for quality, reliability and coordination of care. One to One Support Services was established in January 2006 by its Director and Founder, Melanie Ulyatt MBE.We are specialists in dual sensory impairment. Our vision is a world in which individuals are supported in their own homes and communities. We provide high calibre support to children, adults older people with special needs, sensory impairments and disabilities at a time and place to suit you. One to One also has a Training Academy, where we offer a comprehensive range of Training and Consultancy Services. We are an approved registered training centre with the Council for the Advancement of Communication with Deaf People and all courses are delivered by approved tutors.
Our Training and Consultancy Services are led by industry experts in Sensory Impairment, Operational Management and quality specialist service delivery. At One to One, we believe in individual development and achievement for both our staff and clients whom we support.
Our Training Academy also offers courses in British Sign Language and we are the only Signature approved centre in Chesterfield and we are an approved Health and Social Care centre for City and Guilds courses.
