DentistryAbout Us
At Roderick’s, we are very proud to offer comprehensive NHS and private dental care with over 120 dental practices across England and Wales. Our practices are divided into areas, each with a dedicated Area Manager to make sure that all of our practice teams are looked after. We are proud to say that a majority of our executives are from a clinical background, this enables to understand the clinical aspects of the profession and not just the business of dentistry. Our fundamental and overriding belief is to provide high quality care to our patients. We believe in making decisions based on putting the interests of our patients first and foremost. This is a team approach and a critical factor in our aim to work with motivated, ethical and loyal employees who will always do their best to support our vision.
Every person in Rodericks is essential to the care that we give so we endeavour to recruit, train and retain the best people. Everyone who joins us understands our expectations and receives a full induction to ensure that we all share the same ethos off putting patients at the heart of everything we do.
