We at The Job Fairs believe whole heartedly in our primary business of face-to-face recruitment. With that said, we will not be hosting “virtual” job/career fairs during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our core business for the last decade has been, and always will be, to help recruiters and job seekers find their perfect match in a physical environment.
To do the opposite would be to go against our unique selling point and this is something we believe would mislead our many valued customers.
A virtual event is not face-to-face and will never register the same impact as a live and authentic Jobs Fair event.
There is no demand for virtual fairs, as we have witnessed from others recently who have tried and failed to sell this product within our industry.
We can’t wait to welcome all our exhibitors, old, present and new back to our face-to-face Job Fairs at the end of this unprecedented pandemic.
