The type of jobs we recruit for?
At Compass Fostering, we welcome people from all walks of life. What matters most is that you’re patient, caring and ready to make a real difference for a child who needs you.You don’t need special qualifications — just the right qualities: empathy, resilience and a sense of humour go a long way! You must be at least 21 years old and have a spare bedroom to offer a child or young person their own safe space.
