The type of jobs we recruit for?

At Compass Fostering, we welcome people from all walks of life. What matters most is that you’re patient, caring and ready to make a real difference for a child who needs you.

You don’t need special qualifications — just the right qualities: empathy, resilience and a sense of humour go a long way! You must be at least 21 years old and have a spare bedroom to offer a child or young person their own safe space.

Whether you’re single, married, working or retired, we’ll give you the training and support you need to feel confident in your role. If you can provide a stable, loving home and want to help children heal and grow, you could be exactly who we’re looking for.
