About Us
Poole Home Care Ltd is a Domiciliary Care Agency which has been established to respond to the needs of our service users on a regular basis.
Our service users are for those who, because of increasing age or disability, find it difficult to cope with domestic responsibilities and their own personal care needs.
We are an independent care agency providing care to our service users in their own home environment on a one-to-one basis.
What it’s like to work for us?
You will be working independently out in the community with individuals who require care and support to assist them with their daily living and promoting their independence.
Tasks could include but are not limited to: Personal care, medication, food and fluids, socializing, shopping, cleaning etc.
We offer very flexible working patterns. Our staff are employed on a 0 hour contract basis but with all the benefits of a full time contract as in, we have never not been able to guarantee any of our staff hours. You have the option to work set shifts or to go bank which is where you pick up the overtime remaining each week
Due to the nature of the role, kindness and reliability is one of the biggest factors that we look for when recruiting new staff. Whether you are brand new to care, or have worked in care for years, if you can show reliability, kindness and compassion then that is all we ask.
Up to £16 per hour
Full Training, paid shadow shifts & ongoing support
Travel Allowance (Paid Weekly)

Opportunity to train for Health & Social Care Diploma, all levels covered.
