About Us

Summerhill Services Limited (SSL) is a ‘wholly owned subsidiary’ of Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust (BSMHFT).

We deliver Facilities Management (FM), Pharmacy Services and other support services to over 50 sites throughout the West Midlands.

Our services include Domestic Cleaning, Housekeeping, Catering, Driving and Portering, Rapid Response Cleaning Services, Trades Services and PFI and Capital Contracts Management.

Founded in 2012, SSL has grown rapidly, leading to a multi-million-pound property portfolio, as well as operating a number of sites on behalf of stakeholders through leases and other occupation arrangements.

We continue to develop our services to meet key service needs, by delivering high standards of safety, efficiency and value in operational environments.
