Formed in 2011, Soter manages ancillary insurance products for the broker, insurer, and affinity markets. Soter's Norwich based contact centre operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, resourced with a professional and friendly workforce. Soter has experienced considerable growth since 2011 and currently work with some of the biggest names in the UK insurance market. Soter has recently expanded into the Auto locksmith Industry with our venture We've Got The Key. We've Got The Key is a business that operates nationally, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All our auto locksmiths are fully qualified and provide professional, high-quality workmanship. Whether you are locked out of your vehicle, lost your key, or simply want a spare key to hand in case of emergency, We've Got The Key are here to help.

What it’s like to work for us?

Our emergency contact centre handles thousands of inbound calls a month from members of the public requiring assistance. Soter has a fast-paced working environment that requires hard-working, motivated individuals that can work quickly and efficiently.

We have many different departments and roles within our business. For instance, there is our Sales Department, which has a strong uncapped bonus structure. There is Claims Handling, which is more insurance-based work; Processing, which involves handling enquires on behalf of clients, and others in our Training, HR, Data & Development, and Stock Departments. We also provide the opportunity to train to become a locksmith for our We've Got The Key business. There are opportunities across all departments. We offer training, guaranteed hours with optional overtime, continued personal and professional support and development, local gym membership, free car parking, and a supportive and friendly team to work with.
