How much is it to book a stand?

We have 4 different stand options to select from. Starting from £95 +VAT. Please contact jessica@thejobfairs.co.uk to enquire about stand options and pricing.

How do I book a stand?

Simply send us an email to jessica@thejobfairs.co.uk confirming which stand you would like. Alternatively, you can call us on 01603 663094 to discuss and make a booking over the phone.

How do I pay for a stand?

We accept various payment methods for our stands. They include bank transfer/faster payment, PayPal, Cheque and Credit/Debit Card (over the phone).

What are your payment terms?

As per our Terms and Conditions, all bookings made must be paid 7 days from the invoice date or prior to your first event, whichever comes first.

For whatever reason, are we allowed to leave before the scheduled finishing time?

In the case of an emergency, this is fine. However, if not, we appreciate exhibitors staying until the end as job seekers will be attending right up until closing time. Exhibitors who leave early spoil the event for us, other exhibitors and candidates looking for work. We advertise your attendance, so please stay for the allotted time period as job seekers will be disappointed and angry if they turn up and you have already left.

What is included?

Each stand option has its own bespoke benefits. You will be able to view what the differences are between each stand option when you are sent the rate card by jessica@thejobfairs.co.uk

With the Standing Only option, can I bring my own table and chairs?

No tables and chairs are included, and you are not allowed to bring your own.

How many staff can I bring with me on the day?

We don’t put a restriction on the amount you can bring. Typically, most exhibitors bring 2-4 members of staff.

Who do I speak with at The Job Fairs regarding booking a stand?

You will speak with Jessica Eaglen, our Event Bookings Manager. Jess has been with the Job Fairs since March 2018. She is contactable on jessica@thejobfairs.co.uk

What can I bring with me on the day?

Pretty much anything you want. We are happy to accommodate pop-up banners, curved wall stands, leaflets, application forms, branded pens/tablecloths, sweets, TV screens, podiums etc. If you have any special requests or large exhibition stands (bigger than 3m), please contact us and we will investigate if we can accommodate this based on the location you are looking to book.

If I book multiple Job Fair events, am I entitled to any discounts/concessions?

Short answer, yes. Your discount offer will depend on how many events you are looking to book. For the full breakdown on discounts please speak with Jessica.

How many locations do you do each year?

What sort of people do you get attending the Job Fairs? Demographics?

Our Job Fairs are open to people of all ages, ranging from 16-65+. They will include school leavers, graduates, people who have recently been made redundant and those who are just generally unemployed and looking to get back on the working ladder.

How do you advertise the Job Fairs?

We have a marketing strategy that is deployed in every location we do Job Fairs. It is top secret! But rest assured knowing that is has successfully delivered hundreds of job seekers per event since 2010.

I’m a charity, do I get any discount, and do I need to pay VAT?

Yes, to both. To discuss charity discount, please contact Jessica on jessica@thejobfairs.co.uk. We have to charge VAT on all our stands, regardless of if you’re a charity or not.

I want to drop off some equipment at the venue the night before, can I do this?

More often than not, yes. You would need to speak directly with the venue to discuss arrangements. We can provide contact details on request. Goods/deliveries are left at the venues at your own risk. Job Fairs Ltd cant accept any responsibility for equipment lost or stolen.
